2008 Democratic National Convention

Denver is very excited to have been selected to host the Democratic National Convention in August, 2008.  Corporate Housing Solutions shares in this enthusiasm.  We are looking forward to demonstrating the hospitality Denver has to offer.  As a temporary housing company known in Denver for our ability to handle unique housing solutions, we are focusing on providing visitors with alternatives to the typical hotel room stay.   

Many of Denver's residents recognize the great need there will be for visitors to find a place to stay during this event. Please be sure to look through our inventory of private condominiums, townhomes, lofts, and private residences.  Once you have selected a property that meets your needs, please complete our Pricing and Availability request form.  We will contact you to walk you through the process of securing your customized temporary housing for the 2008 Democratic National Convention.

You can feel comfortable renting through Corporate Housing Solutions because we are taking great steps to help ensure that your rental experience is a pleasant one.  First, we have been in the rental housing business in Denver since 1980.  We are experts on the area, and are locally owned and operated.  Secondly, we will be providing you with the following services in the rental process:

• *We will be holding holding your advance payments in escrow to help insure that you do not send money to someone who fails to deliver what they have promised; we will disburse the rent due to the property owner at the conclusion of your stay.
• *If, for some unexpected reason, a problem develops, we will be on call to help solve it.
• *We will be inspecting the property you select prior to your signing the lease to ensure that it is actually as represented online.
• *We will be re-inspecting the property prior to your move-in date to ensure it meets the "move-in ready" conditions we have specified for property owners.
• *We will be acting as a facilitator between you and the property owner to help ensure that the rental experience is a pleasant one for both parties.
